Jim Moar - CEO

Jim joined the company as Chief Executive Officer effective with the formation of Reshare Commerce in September 2009. Jim is a seasoned executive with an extensive general management and technology background. Between 2003 and 2008, he served with Identix Incorporated, a multi-biometric security technology company, first as the Chief Operating Officer and most recently as President. During this time, Jim led Identix from a $25M EBITDA loss in 2003 to be EBITDA positive by the end of 2006. In 2007, Identix was acquired for $775M, over 70 times forward EBITDA which is an unusual and outstanding achievement in terms of valuation. From 1998 to 2002, he was with Tennant Company, a global industrial equipment company with revenues of $400M as its Chief Operating Officer. Between 1990 and 1998, Jim was with DataCard Group, a $350M world leader in high-volume card issuance and secure identity solutions, most recently as its Chief Operating Officer. From 1983 to 1989, he was President of Liquipak International, Inc., a manufacturer of liquid packaging equipment. Before then, Jim held various management and executive positions with International Paper Company and Citicorp. Jim earned a Masters in Policy Analysis, with distinction, from the University of California at Berkeley and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He has served on the Board of Directors for Graco, Inc., an $800M manufacturer of fluid handling products.

During his career, Jim has been closely involved in the financial functions of his companies. Most notably, he served as CFO at Identix for 6 months at a time of the EBITDA turnaround at Identix and the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Additionally, he served on the Audit Committee of the Graco Board of Directors. In the early period of Reshare Commerce, Jim's financial acumen allows the company to operate with a part-time CFO.

Adam Southam - Founder/Chief Strategic Officer

As Chief Strategic Officer, Adam Southam is responsible for the development of top-level strategies for the application of his patented collaborative channel commerce methodologies across the multitude of industries where Reshare's software-as-a-service applies. He teaches and directs deployment of strategies for companies using his methodologies. He also leads the development of new iterations of his methodologies for application in the critically important health care, medical and fitness sectors.

As a Member of the Board of Directors, he has an active role in defining direction for the company alongside a seasoned group of highly accomplished senior-level executives. His patent (US# 6,594,641) was conveyed to Reshare in 1999, where he remains the majority shareholder. In 2009, he made the atypical move of replacing himself as CEO in favor of a Fortune 500 executive with greater experience in rapidly growing companies. An academic thinker, Southam credits the Dayton Family, founders of Target, for demonstrating how true leadership means understanding and delivering one's own core competencies while surrounding oneself with empowered executive leaders to deliver their separate and complimentary core competencies.

Kevin G. Kruse - Chief Information Officer

Kevin is responsible for all aspects of Reshare's product development, client delivery, and system security. Under his direction, Reshare's technology department takes a leadership role in the design of world-class, integrated strategies, processes, and architecture that ensure the integration of Reshare's systems and a client's eCommerce platform. With 25 years of technical and IT management experience, Kruse has held a wide variety of Information Technology roles in manufacturing, automotive, and retail organization. An experienced, results oriented executive skilled in fast paced, rapidly changing environments, he led successful cross functional teams within SuperValu, Best Buy, United Healthcare Group, Fisher-Rosemount, Midwave, and ABRA Auto Body & Glass. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of North Texas.

David D. Basic - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Basic has recently joined Reshare as VP, Sales with a focus on developing and executing outstanding partner programs as our primary selling strategy. Mr. Basic has more than 20 years experience working with companies, including numerous VC-funded start ups, in the forefront of innovation, developing, marketing and delivering technology solutions. With particular expertise in the areas of supply chain (Savi Technology, acquired by Lockheed Martin), retail/e-commerce (Yantra, acquired by Sterling Commerce/AT&T), work-flow/analytics (Connecterra, acquired by BEA Systems), Mr. Basic has held leadership roles in marketing, services, business development, alliances and channel sales , successfully driving client success and quality top-line revenue and margin. Mr. Basic has considerable success developing and leveraging partner ecosystems, including global, national and regional system integrators, solution providers, and resellers to significantly add valuable growth to these companies.
